Al Faseel is Fujairah's most established residential neighbourhood — a community of villas and older apartment buildings close to the corniche and city centre, where residents have been building personal libraries for decades.
Al Faseel's cafés are neighbourhood-first. They serve the surrounding residential community, know their regulars, and create the kind of environment where a book exchange at a corner table feels completely normal.
