π Do It Today Not writing down your thoughts, ideas, tasks, etc, is stupid. Because you are wasting a lot of brain power when you are relying on your memory. When everything is written down, you can use your brainpower for other things.
π Do it today Frequently checking emails, social mediaβ¦ is not a good thing. It is a habbit a person cannot eliminate. So pick only 1 or 2 checking habits and keep only those apps on the phone. Delete rest to reduce checking and stay focused.
π Show your work Instead of taking a break in between projects, waiting for feedback, and worrying about what's next, use the end of one project to light up the next one. Just do the work that's in front of you, and when it's finished, ask yourself what you missed, what you could've done better, or what you couldn't get to, and jump right into the next project.
π Show your work Donβt feel guilty about the pleasure you take in the things you can enjoy. Celebrate them
